Erkanley Construction Company launches its new project as part of the UNEFA series in Duzji, called "Onva Duzji". The project, which is 500 meters away from the University of Douzge, ascends with a capital of 120 million Turkish liras. The student project, which can accommodate 1600 beds, is also distinguished by being the largest project in Duzji. Besides, the project provides a 5 -year rental guarantee. The project will also continue to pay the apartment rent to its customers, even if the apartment is empty and not rented. However, it is worth noting that Erkanley Group has the right to manage the appropriate project for investment for a period of 20 years. Reda Erkanli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Erkanley Holding Company for Construction, stated that the project will return its capital in just 8 years. Reda Ericley added that the project is very suitable for investment through rental revenues that rise year after year and the value of the property that is increasing at the same time. The project includes many social facilities such as a medical center, library, open sports spaces, photography center, hobbies, music rooms, arts, laundry room, code, dining hall, cafes, rest spaces and laundry centers.
