One Tower

The One Tower project, designed by Tabanley, the architectural company, consists of one building of 185 meters and 48 floors. 5 floors of the project are allocated to the closed car park and 5 floors for the shopping center. The project apartments are characterized by a wide panoramic view of Lake Emir and Mogan and the Emadag area and the city of Ankara and that they are constructed by smart home systems. The project includes many social facilities such as a closed pool, sun terrace, vitamin bar, sauna, steam room, massage room, rest spaces, public activities spaces, a children's garden, a sport center, a Platic/Yoga hall, a basketball court, a table ball field, clothes switch rooms, billiards, chess, and a lame lounge.
